Ginger and Isen
Grilled coconut (cut into tiny pieces)
How to Make:
Boil moringa approx. 10 mins. Drain it. Blend all garlic, onion, galangal, turmeric, candlenut together until smooth. Pan fry until it’s fragrant.
Add 5 bay leaves and lemongrass. Fry it for another 5 minutes.
Add 300 ml hot water and then put in the moringa.
For the final step add 2 or 3 spoons if coconut milk, along with pepper and salt according to your taste.
Cook on low for 25 more mins.
